What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online eShop?

Sony Cyprus by Fidelity offers free shipping to all towns in Cyprus. In other areas, shipping costs may apply.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online eShop?

We accept payment by most credit cards (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner’s Club International) through PayPal and also Cash on Delivery when you pick up from the ACS courier office of your choice or from our store.

How long will delivery take?

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose.

Your order will be confirmed the latest on the following day in the morning (unless you place your order over the weekend, in which case it will be confirmed on Monday morning).

How secure is shopping in the Online eShop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket- Layer) secure server software.

We only use your details for verification and for delivery of the products being purchased and is not shared with any third parties.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Confirmation is performed over the phone on the number you specify during checkout. Alternatively you can write any instructions or requests before finishing your order.

When the confirmation is done you will have the option to choose to pick up your order from our store or indicate the Courier of your choice.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a numbered order confirmation via the email address provided.

The invoice will be shipped together with the products you ordered.
